Product Refund & Return Policy
A refund will be issued for the full amount paid less shipping which the customer is responsible for.
Customers can return items by completing the following process:

or
Email: customercare@shaklee.com
Receive appropriate return instructions from Shaklee Agent.

A Product Return Authorization number must be obtained from Shaklee for these returns prior to posting, and the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost on the return.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your product is faulty, damaged during transit, or incorrect:
Contact us immediately (ideally within 7 days) with photos or a description of the issue.
We may request that you return the item for inspection.
Shaklee will refund or replace the item.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Return Authorization & Process
Before returning any items (change-of-mind or faulty), you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from Shaklee.
