Q2: WHY DID MODERE SHUT DOWN? 
Modere closed down as a result of financial pressures at a global level. Modere shut down on April 12th 2025 and the official reason has not been given. However, some speculate that the corporation panel of owners ran it in to the ground. People also have mentioned Justin Prince, but that is speculation. Modere is back now. They have shed the corporation and are left with just the gorgeous Modere products. Hooray! Shaklee is here to continue the Modere legacy with the new Modere website!
